    I adore you Gordon and I’d love to try and make some of your recipes! My question is…I’m interested in your Ultimate Cookery Course Book…Is there a Canadian addition (ie: Canadian measurements)? Is it the same recipes in the UK version that would be in the Canadian/American versions? Thanks so much!
